Terms & conditions: payments
Payment schedule is as follows:
(2) weeks after signed contract: non-refundable deposit due
(6) months prior to wedding date: non-refundable 2/3 payment due
(2) weeks prior to wedding date: final payment (less any discounts) due
Any package discounting will be applied to the final balance due.
Dates cannot be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit received.

If your date needs to be moved for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Deposit for the original date will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required for the new date. If you have made any additional payments to the original package, we will covert those into the new date.
Moving a date is based on the availability of the Scarinzi Media Team. If your new date is no longer available, please refer to the REFUND section below.
terms & conditions: refunds
All cancellations must be given in written notice. Once you reach out to us cancelling your date, we will send you a cancellation form that must be filled out before any type of refund will be given.
If wedding is cancelled within 6 months of the contracted date, the deposit and 2/3 payment is forfeit.
If wedding is cancelled outside of 6 months prior to the contracted date, the deposit is forfeit and a cancellation fee is owed (see below)
Any additional payments made to the payment schedule above may be eligible for a refund.
Example 1: If you pay your full balance upon booking and cancel the contracted date prior to 6 months before said contracted date, you will receive your payment refunded, less your deposit and cancellation fee.
Example 2: If you pay your full balance and cancel within 6 months to your contracted date, you would receive the remaining balance returned, less any discounting off the full package, the 2/3 payment, deposit and cancellation fee.
There will be a cancellation fee of $250 applied to any cancelled contracted date. To cancel the contract, this payment will be required when sending in the cancellation form.
